(*) The application's loan/ credit card registration feature is for customers who meet the following conditions:

Vietnamese nationality

Minimum income: 4,000,000 VND/month application for the loan and 6,000,000 VND/month application for a credit card

Loan amount: from 10,000,000 VND to 300,000,000 VN. The maximum credit card limit is 100,000,000 VND

Term: minimum period is 12 months, maximum is 48 months, Card expiry date is 60 months

Fees: free of the consultation fee, application fee, application evaluation, and any other fees

The interest rate:

+Loan: is only from 18%/year to 35%/year, depending on the customer's appraisal results, and is calculated on the decreasing outstanding balance

+Credit card: Interest rate 38%/year applies to cash withdrawal, interest is calculated from the time of withdrawal (Not applicable to Cash Installment transaction). 38%/year applies to retail transactions when the retail outstanding balance of the preceding statement period is greater than 0 VND

Overdue interest: Up to 150% on overdue principal (According to regulations of the State Bank). For Credit cards, up to 150% above the basic interest rate of 38%/year, the overdue interest rate will be applied from the late payment date of 60 onwards

Example: If a customer is eligible for a loan with a loan of VND 100,000,000 for a loan period of 12 months with an interest rate of 18%/year (depending on the policy of each product)

then the monthly payment amount is temporarily calculated as 9,167,999 VND/month;

the total amount to be paid is VND 109,998,800 which includes the amount of principal and interest (total interest is VND 9,998,800), free of processing fee.
